EVH Annual Conference 2026 for Governing Body & Staff

We are pleased to announce that the EVH Annual Conference 2026, taking place at Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Cumbernauld on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October, is now open for bookings!

Following feedback from members, this year's event will feature a refreshed one-night, two-day format, providing great opportunities to learn, connect and collaborate.

Under the theme “Building Agility Together”, our target audience of both governing body members and staff attendees, will hear from an exciting range of speakers sharing insights and expert knowledge in their field, all aiming to help us boost our adaptability to manage our work, our relationships, and ourselves in this ever-changing world we find ourselves in.

Our programme announcements will continue over the following weeks and today we are thrilled to start with our opening Keynote speaker, Alexander Bell.  A serial entrepreneur, technology innovator and thought leader, Alexander has built high-performing teams, working with global organisations including Google, IBM, and Warner Bros.  Drawing on his experiences as a business leader, father, and digital wellbeing advocate, he now works with audiences around the world to help improve focus, performance, and wellbeing.  He is a first-class speaker, and we feel fortunate he is free to join us with his thought-provoking keynote that will challenge you as a delegate to rethink your relationship with technology and unlock your full potential in an increasingly connected world.

Out with the learning sessions, the conference will as always be a fantastic opportunity to share experiences and expand your professional network.  And it's not all business—we have our evening dinner and entertainment planned for the Thursday evening to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

Conference Package Pricing (member rates)

  • Single room: £660 per person
  • Double/Twin room: £600 per person

The package includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions across both days
  • B&B accommodation on Thursday evening
  • Drinks Reception, conference dinner, and entertainment on Thursday evening
  • Lunch and all tea/coffee breaks across both days.
