Annual Leave
All staff are entitled to a minimum amount of leave off work for rest and recovery and should be pro rated for those that work different hours other than full time.
Leave for a staff member can be affected by sickness absence, maternity, adoption, when they start their contract during the year or if they leave your employment part way through the leave year. To help ensure your staff have the right leave entitlement in accordance with legislation (as a minimum standard) or your own terms and conditions, we have a number of resources to assist you including a leave calculator which will assist you to calculate leave, both for annual and public holidays for part times staff, pro rata leave and convert leave days to hours.
