We are seeking to recruit two highly motivated individuals to work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisational and people capability. Working as part of a team, your role will be to support organisational change, including the implementation of the Association’s People Strategy Action Plan and other organisational development activities such as our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work, to drive forward the Group transformation strategy.

Salary: £34,685 - £40,524 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid (can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
