Most organisations today work in a fast-changing environment – whether this is in response to the needs and demands of customers, technology, legislation, funding etc.

As a result, many businesses will feel they need to restructure their resources to make sure they are in good shape to operate in whatever circumstances.

Changing the staff structure may raise some or all of the following issues for your organisation:
