Resignation

Resignation is when an employee ends their employment contract with their employer. An employee's notification of resignation should be in writing and provide the employer with the notice as outlined in their contract of employment.

The employer should confirm their acceptance of the resignation in writing therefore we have provided a template letter in order to do this.
