Provanhall Housing Association (PHA) are recruiting to fill vacancies on our Board of Management – which sets the strategic direction for the Association. PHA currently has 9 members and are looking to complement our existing skills set to ensure a well-rounded Board.

As Elderpark Housing concludes our 50th Anniversary, we are looking to build on the legacy of the dozens upon dozens of Committee members who have dedicated their time, commitment and passion to our community, to help lead us into the next half-century of success. As we launch our new 5-year strategic plan in early 2026, we are keen to hear from individuals who can support the organisation’s vision by providing oversight and support as we progress our objectives.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a positive contribution toward the effective maintenance and development of our range of high-quality houses in Drumchapel. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient maintenance service to tenants in relation to reactive repairs, cyclical works, planned maintenance and tenant safety.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Director of Operations & Compliance who will be responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects of housing operations, including housing management, property investment programmes, repairs and cyclical maintenance, support services, and health and safety. You will contribute at a strategic level to our Senior Management Team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
