As our Housing and Customer Support Manager, you’ll lead the Customer Support Team and Assistant Housing Officers, ensuring tenants receive excellent, consistent, and compassionate service from first contact through to tenancy sustainment.

We are now looking to recruit a new Housing Officer to join our small team of dedicated staff committed to working to Co-operative ethos, values and in accordance with our mission statement. As a Housing Officer, you will be a key member of the housing management team, working with colleagues and reporting to the Housing Manager.
