We are seeking to appoint a Board Member with specific skills and experience in a legal / regulatory or financial background to help the Association to boost the knowledge and experience we already have in place. It is an exciting time to join the PHA Board as we move into the next phase of our strategic plan and we are seeking a committed Board member to join us in this exciting journey.

As part of our team of HR Advisors, you will play a key role in providing support, advice and coaching to all levels of management on employee relations matters.

A rarely available opportunity has arisen for the right person to join us as our Housing and Customer Services Manager. The ideal candidate will lead on all housing management, income advice and customer service for our community. We are seeking to appoint an individual who understands and has experience of community based social housing, has a commitment to putting tenants first and will work collaboratively with all colleagues and stakeholders. You will form part of our Senior Management Team and work with our Management Committee.

As a Board member you will be part of a team that is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business together with ultimate control of corporate governance and financial management. In this role you will also help shape the future of the services we provide for our tenants, residents, and other customers. The Board works closely with the Association’s Chief Executive Officer and the senior management team in setting and achieving the Association’s aims and objectives.
