We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our small, tenant-led organisation. The role is initially offered on a fixed term basis and is based on 35 hours per week, although we would be happy to consider flexibility in working hours and discuss a suitable working pattern. While there may be potential for the position to become permanent in the future, this would be subject to organisational requirements and cannot be guaranteed.
