Ruchazie Housing Association is looking for a motivated and community-focused Housing Officer to provide the delivery of high-quality housing services to tenants and applicants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administrative and communication skills who wants to make a positive difference in a established community housing association.

Working as part of our small dynamic team and reporting to the Director, you will carry out a varied range of housing management duties, including housing options advice, allocations and lettings, manage rent accounts and arrears recovery, estate management and tenant engagement.

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and committed to excellent customer service. You should be able to manage competing priorities, work well as part of a small team and communicate clearly and respectfully with tenants, applicants, colleagues and partner organisations.
