Housing Officer

Hours: Part Time (14 hours per week), Thursdays and Fridays.

We’re looking for a Housing Officer to join our team on a job share basis, working Thursdays and Fridays. In this role you will be responsible for:

Maximising income and managing rent accounts
Supporting tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing
Effectively managing Anti Social Behaviour cases
Delivering effective estate management

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A solid understanding of housing policy and regulatory frameworks
Proficiency in ICT systems
A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
