Corporate Services Officer

Wellhouse Housing Association is a community-based housing association operating in the Wellhouse area of greater Easterhouse, managing 793 rented homes and factoring a further 54 units.

Following retirement of a long-standing colleague, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Services Officer to assist with the overall effectiveness of our business. The post covers all aspects of strategic services including governance and corporate compliance, development and management of IT systems, improving customer services through identifying business efficiencies and streamlining communication processes.

To be successful in this role, you must be truly customer focused, able to solve problems, and can work well under pressure. Teamwork and the ability to plan effectively to meet project deadlines are crucial. Communication skills are key to this along with excellent IT skills.
