Housing Assistant

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week).

We are seeking an enthusiastic Housing Assistant to join our team at Molendinar Park Housing Association, a small community-based housing association. We have 497 rented properties as well as being a registered Factor.

We would love to hear from you if you are someone who has strong communication and organisational skills, a creative thinker with attention to detail, a good knowledge of issues affecting tenants and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

Your role with us will be varied but rewarding. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting your colleagues in the housing team. You will take pride in having a proactive approach to your day-to-day work, especially in delivering excellent outcomes for estate management and supporting tenants to ensure their housing needs are met.
