Housing Assistant
Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association has been serving the people of Drumchapel for the last thirty years. We are proud to have maintained significant levels of customer satisfaction throughout our tenure. As a community-based housing association, we play an important role in the lives of our tenants and customers. We are now undertaking an ambitious investment programme to ensure our homes continue to meet high standards, while maintaining a responsive, customer-focused housing service.
We are looking to recruit a Housing Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social housing, committed to excellent customer service and keen to make a positive difference for tenants and residents.
About the role:
Working closely with the Housing Manager, you will support the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer-focused housing service. The role will involve a wide range of frontline housing management duties, including supporting tenants to manage rent arrears, assisting with allocations, responding to housing enquiries and helping to address anti-social behaviour complaints.
You will also help maintain accurate tenant and customer records, process rent payments, support estate inspections, liaise with contractors and partner agencies, assist with reports and provide reception cover when required.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and committed to the values of social housing. You will be confident working with tenants and customers, able to handle a varied workload and comfortable working as part of a small, dynamic team across all areas of the Association.
You should bring a strong commitment to excellent customer service, integrity in your work and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to maintain your knowledge and skills.
