We are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) based in Ayr and provide over 1,700 social homes for rent in the Ayrshire area. We enjoy an excellent reputation with a strong track record of development, innovation and wider regeneration in the communities we serve, with much of this activity taking us far beyond housing.

We remain an active developer with a busy programme stretching ahead. With great transport links, and only 40 minutes from Glasgow, the modern and friendly office in Main Street, Ayr, is a vibrant hub for staff and the local community.

We are seeking a committed and passionate Housing Manager to join our team. In the role, you will be leading the housing management team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service in all housing management services. You will be reporting to the Director of Housing and Communities and provide operational leadership to assist them in delivering the strategic objectives in the Business plan.

You will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, working to our HOME values of:
