We are seeking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer operating within our Property Services section.

This post will be ideally suited to someone with technical property repairs and maintenance experience and a customer service background.

Reporting directly to the Depute Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent repairs service for our customers, be pro-active in your approach and have the ability to work as part of a team.

You will be expected to produce performance reports, carry out pre & post inspections, monitor contractor’s performance and ensure that our repairs service demonstrates value for money.

The successful applicant will be capable of managing their own workload and dealing with competing priorities and be able to communicate effectively with customers and contractors as well as cross organisationally with colleagues within Queens Cross Housing Association.

You will be required to meet the competency levels expected of all Queens Cross staff which have a particular emphasis on attitude, behaviours’ and a customer first approach.
