Shettleston is a community based housing association, and a Scottish Charity, which has played a major role in the regeneration of the local area for 45 years.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Officer to join our Property Service Team.
Working in our busy Property Services Department you will support the Maintenance Manager to ensure the Association delivers an excellent repairs and maintenance service to tenants and factored owners within the Association’s area of operations.
You will be required to assess and co-ordinate a range of reactive and planned works across a variety of property types and relevant experience of working on construction or repairs projects is essential, along with a strong, all round knowledge of issues relating to the performance, repair and improvement of buildings. You will be a team player with a positive attitude, able to contribute strongly within a culture of delivering excellent customer service, learning and good practice.
