Maintenance Officer - 1 Year Fixed Term

£33,375 pro-rata from April 2020, 35 hours per week
You will be a valuable member of staff who will strive to provide a first class maintenance service, which offers value for money and ensures the comfort and safety of our residents, continuously monitor and regularly report on the performance of the maintenance service and implement improvement plans as required and ensure that the Association’s policies and procedures comply with the law and good practice guidelines.
