We're looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services Hub. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences, resolving enquiries and supporting our communities.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across a range of channels including telephone, email, face-to-face enquiries, online services and social media. You'll provide a professional, responsive and personalised service, taking ownership of enquiries and helping customers access the services they need.
Every interaction matters. Whether a customer is reporting a repair, making a service request, seeking advice, providing feedback or raising a complaint, you'll ensure their enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with empathy. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure customers receive the right support at the right time. No two days are the same. You'll deal with a wide variety of enquiries, coordinate responses, arrange services, provide accurate information and support customers throughout their journey with us.
