Fixed Term Contract Opportunity

We are looking to recruit (for a fixed term of 18 months) a full-time Asset Management Officer to provide additional support to the team whilst we continue our digital transformation and delivery of our planned maintenance contracts.

Join a supportive team. Shape homes. Deliver real impact.

Provanhall Housing Association is looking for a motivated and organised Asset Management Officer to help deliver our 18 month Planned Maintenance Programme. We are offering an office-based role with a salary range of £44,106 – £46,896 (EVH Grade 7: PA23–PA25) per annum.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage projects from start to finish, work closely with contractors and colleagues, and make a direct difference to the quality and safety of our tenants’ homes.

At PHA, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution is seen, valued, and backed by strong leadership. We’re proud to offer one of the best staff benefits packages in the sector, including a 31.5 hour working week (currently under a trial period until the end of June), enhanced flexibility, generous leave, wellbeing support, and a culture that genuinely invests in its people.

If you’re organised, confident with contractors, comfortable managing multiple projects, and committed to high standards, we’d love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in asset management while helping us deliver safe, warm, high-quality homes for our community.
