Maintenance Officer

Reidvale Housing Association is investing in the future of our homes and places, with a strong focus on quality, safety and long-term sustainability.

We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of our repairs and maintenance services. You will play a key role in ensuring our properties are well maintained, safe and meet the standards expected by our tenants and regulators.

The role involves managing day-to-day repairs, working with contractors, carrying out inspections and supporting planned maintenance programmes. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure services are responsive, efficient and centred around customer needs.

This is a hands-on role in a small team where you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and make a tangible difference to the quality of our homes.
