We are recruiting for a Senior Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join our Help to Rent programme in Glasgow. Help to Rent enables people at risk of becoming homeless to access the Private Rented Sector by bonding a deposit which is paid back over a period of 12-months. We also provide practical guidance on managing tenancies, finances, and rights and responsibilities, supporting tenants to build confidence and independence.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. In the role, you will be the face of Ayrshire Housing as the first point of contact for all our customers. You will be dedicated to excellent customer service delivery, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a warm and welcoming environment, whether you are welcoming visitors to our office or assisting customers on the phone.

This is a frontline role requiring sound judgement, balanced decision making and strong relationship management. You will take lead responsibility for a defined patch of housing stock and a caseload of tenants, acting as a visible and trusted presence within the community and working proactively to sustain tenancies, manage risk and maintain safe, well managed neighbourhoods.
