Following on from our last successful mindfulness session, we are delighted to announce another free session to all our members.

The topic for this session is “Breaking the Urgency Habit”. Join us on Tuesday 20 October at 10am for one hour with Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness.  As your organisation works its way through the last quarter of the year, everything can begin to feel urgent, making it harder to prioritise, think clearly and respond well.  This session will explore how mindfulness can help you notice the difference between genuine urgency and habitual pressure, create space before reacting, and make more considered decisions.  You will learn practical ways to reduce mental overload, protect your attention, and bring greater calm and clarity to your working day.

This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to prebook their place.  Please note that bookings which are withdrawn without a substitution 48 hours before the event will be charged a £20 administration fee (this will be donated to CHAS) as will those who do not attend.  We will accept substitutions at any time.

To book your place for this event please email Events@evh.org.uk completing the information below:
