As Senior HR Advisor, you will join our HR Team who aim to make policy, terms & conditions and employment law easy to understand for our members. We provide a personalised, confidential and solution-based approach, taking account of best practice, legislation and the potential risk involved. You will have autonomy on what your diary looks like, managing your own workload, working together with the other HR Advisors in our team.

Following retirement of long-standing colleagues, we are looking for 2 permanent Housing Officers to each manage a specific area. The post covers all aspects of Housing Management including estate management, allocation of properties, neighbour disputes, factoring and recovery of rent arrears.

You will be responsible for the daily function of our maintenance contracts to ensure our responsibilities as a Landlord and Property Factor are delivered within our community.

This varied role offers you the opportunity to deliver effective support to the Senior Management Team and our Board of Management in all aspects of Governance, Administration, Human Resources and Health & Safety.

We are a community-based housing association in the North of Glasgow. We manage just under 700 tenanted properties and just over 400 factored properties. We also own and manage the Cadder Community Hub. To help drive our Association forward we are now looking to recruit new voluntary members to our Board.
