Housing Officer

24.5 hours (Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday 7 hours per day, Thursday morning 3.5 hours

River Clyde Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Housing Officer to join our Housing Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality housing management services, supporting our customers and communities, and helping us achieve our vision of improving lives and places across Inverclyde

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to a strong performance culture, delivering consistently excellent results across all areas of housing management.

The postholder will have the knowledge and skills required to provide high-quality front-line housing management services, including property allocations, tenancy management, rent arrears management, and estate and neighbourhood management, in line with the Association’s policies, procedures, and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience of housing support and housing legislation and knowledge of housing and housing legislation. HNC, SVQ, or CIH Level 3 qualification in housing or a related discipline is desirable.

A full driving licence is essential.
