Mindfulness and doing what you love

Spending your day doing something you’re passionate about, whether it be work or leisure, has a huge benefit to your mental and emotional well-being, reducing stress and anxiety and boosting your sense of satisfaction. Doing what you love radiates contentment across your whole life leading to a fuller sense of happiness. Join Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness, on Wednesday 28 August and will guide you to use mindfulness to find what you love and help make you happy.

This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to pre book their place.  Please note delegates who do not attend will be charged a £20 administration fee which will be donated to CHAS.  We will accept substitutions at any time.
