Mindfulness and doing what you love

Spending your day doing something you’re passionate about, whether it be work or leisure, has a huge benefit to your mental and emotional well-being, reducing stress and anxiety and boosting your sense of satisfaction. Doing what you love radiates contentment across your whole life leading to a fuller sense of happiness. We joined Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness, on Wednesday 28 August and he gave us a guide on how to use mindfulness to find what you love and help make you happy.
