Welfare Rights Officer
Due to internal staff progression, Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, people-centred individual to support tenants with the provision of an efficient, effective and high-quality advice, support and advocacy service on all welfare benefit related matters.
The successful candidate will join the Association as a Welfare Rights Officer, delivering a holistic and ‘one stop shop’ approach to tenant support; ensuring tenants obtain relevant support and advice to maximise their income and minimise the impacts of the rising costs of living.
The ideal candidate will share WSHA’s core values and will deliver excellent service through communicating WSHA’s purpose, way and impact.
