Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week (part time - minimum 25 hours per week will also be considered).

Role Description

The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Glasgow Area. This role is responsible for supervising daily branch operations, including overseeing member services, loan processing, and savings account administration to ensure a high standard of service. The Team Leader will manage and support a small team, coordinate work schedules, provide guidance on procedures, and assist with training and performance feedback. The role also includes handling member queries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements. The Team Leader will collaborate with management on reporting, targets, and initiatives that enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
