Senior Maintenance Officer

Reidvale Housing Association is entering a new phase focused on stability, improvement and long-term investment in our homes and neighbourhoods.

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Officer to lead the delivery of our repairs and investment programmes. This is a key role within the organisation, providing leadership across maintenance services while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, support the delivery of major works programmes and work closely with contractors, consultants and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered effectively. You will also play an important role in shaping systems, improving performance and ensuring our services provide value for money.

This is an opportunity to take on a visible leadership role in a small organisation where your expertise will directly influence the condition of our homes and the experience of our tenants and owners.
