- Position: Repairs Assistant

Reporting to the Senior Repairs Officer the successful candidate will be expected to deliver an excellent reactive repairs administration service. You will have an in-depth knowledge of reactive repairs and void management services. A highly motivated team player, you will be instinctively customer focused and have a “solution first” attitude to ensure that our tenants experience of our service remains positive. You will understand the importance of working with our contractors to achieve excellent customer service. You will ensure the required outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter are met for our tenants.

Due to the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 guidelines all our services are being delivered remotely from home. The successful candidate should be prepared for this situation and for the possibility of blended working once the restrictions are lifted.
