The Role

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated Repairs Administrator to join our team. Based out of our Culrain Street offices and reporting primarily to our Corporate Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective running of Upkeep’s repairs administrative function.

Main duties include administering and monitoring daily work schedules for employees utilising a work scheduling system; accurately progressing jobs; accurately processing documentation for weekly payroll deadline and liaising with tradespersons, trade supervisors and customers on all repairs related matters.

You must have previous experience in a customer environment including dealing with customers on the telephone; working to deadlines in fast paced reactive environments.

You should have the ability to prioritize your workload effectively, respond to changing priorities, and contribute to team goals and projects.

A clear and confident communicator they will be the first point of contact for all of Upkeep’s customers and staff.
