Receptionist – Maternity Cover
Ayrshire Housing is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) based in Ayr and provides over 1,700 social homes for rent in the Ayrshire area. We remain an active developer with a busy programme stretching ahead. With great transport links, and only 40 minutes from Glasgow, the modern and friendly office in Main Street, Ayr, is a vibrant hub for staff and the local community.
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. In the role, you will be the face of Ayrshire Housing as the first point of contact for all our customers. You will be dedicated to excellent customer service delivery, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a warm and welcoming environment, whether you are welcoming visitors to our office or assisting customers on the phone.
You will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, working to our HOME values of:
