Reactive Repair & Maintenance Inspector

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Asset and Maintenance Team and seek a talented individual to assume the role of Part Time Reactive Repair and Maintenance Inspector. The selected candidate will assist in the delivery of our asset management strategies and help support our maintenance team to ensure repair works are carried out to a high standard.

Working in close collaboration with our Maintenance Co-ordinator the position will focus on offering assistance for reactive and planned maintenance works in a fast-paced role, dealing with a range of duties and customers.

We emphasise the importance of understanding and embracing the core principles of a Community Controlled Housing Association. If successful, you will be expected to actively engage with our tenants, other customers, and the local community.

We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and with experience of working in collaboration with external Contractors.
