Maintenance Manager

Hours: Full Time (32 hours per week over 4 days).

For almost 40 years, Cathcart & District Housing Association has been at the heart of our community, providing quality homes, excellent services and meaningful community impact.

A vacancy has now arisen for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team to our next chapter.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive (CEO), you will lead a team of maintenance and compliance staff.

As a member of the senior team, you will work the CEO and our Board, staff, customers and partners to deliver great services.

We are looking for someone who will:

Provide clear strategic leadership and direction to your team.
Deliver excellent customer and organisational outcomes.
Ensure robust management, financial sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities for innovation, growth and community regeneration.

About you

You will be an accomplished manager with a proven track record of delivering strong organisational performance within a housing or a related sector. Bringing significant expertise and innovative ideas.

You will demonstrate that you have developed high performing teams, and focus on continuous improvement. A genuine commitment to community-based housing, social value and improving outcomes for customers and communities is essential.

Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to provide stable and hopefully long-term commitment to helping shape the future of Cathcart & District Housing Association.
