- Manage the delivery of the Association’s major repair projects and planned maintenance programme.
- Ensure contracts are managed effectively to deliver value for money, high-quality finishes and excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage the delivery of the planned maintenance programme and major repair projects in line with the Maryhill Contract Management Framework.

- Develop and review procedures to support the delivery of planned projects and major repair programmes.
- Manage and coordinate external consultants, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and other design team members, ensuring projects are progressed efficiently and in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, consultants and other delivery partners, monitoring performance and ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards and customer service expectations are achieved.
On Offer
