ICT & Business Transformation Manager

Shettleston is a community-based housing association, and a Scottish Charity, which has played a major role in the regeneration of the local area for 50 years.

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking individual to lead a customer-focused ICT service and deliver digital solutions that improve productivity, strengthen organisational resilience and create lasting business value.

The ICT & Business Transformation Manager will work alongside the Director of Finance and Customer Services, and the wider Management Team to develop, deliver and review the ICT Strategy. You will play the lead role in driving our exciting programme of transformation through effective strategic and operational delivery, maintenance and development of ICT & Digital systems and services of Shettleston Housing Group.

The successful candidate will:

Lead, inspire and develop the ICT team to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused service.
Set the direction for ICT and business transformation—embedding best practice, improving performance and maximising value.
Get the best from ICT contracts, suppliers and procurement through confident negotiation and influence, and working with our strategic partners to enhance digital solutions across the Group.
Strengthen policies, procedures and controls to manage risk and safeguard our networked environment.
Share your expertise and grow digital capability across the Shettleston Housing Group maximising our transition to SaaS-based working, incorporating automation and AI capabilities to enhance workflows for our staff.
Lead and develop the ICT Team by coaching and developing the ICT Assistant and Communications Officer by example and by supporting learning/development opportunities.
