Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role
The HR Business Partner Is responsible to the CEO through the Head of People Services for delivering high-quality, professional people advice and support to managers and leaders across Maryhill Housing.
The postholder will lead on complex employee relations matters, support fair and consistent people management practices, and contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy in a way that reflects Maryhill Housing’s values of -

Through effective people practice, the role will support achieving excellence across the organisation, enabling staff to deliver high-quality services and positive outcomes for tenants and customers
On Offer
This role has a competitive salary banding of EVH Grade 8 (PA28): £48,957.
In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
