Due to the retirement of a longstanding staff member, Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association are now seeking an experienced Housing Assistant to join the staff team.

The successful candidate will be based in the Housing Management and Community Services Team, contributing to an efficient and effective housing management service in areas such as arrears management and control, void management, allocations and estate management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting a housing and estate management service and will have experience in using housing management data systems. They will be a highly motivated team player who is instinctively customer focused with a ‘solutions first’ attitude; ensuring our customers’ experience of our service remains positive. Experience in using the Homemaster data management system would be advantageous.

The organisation operates a hybrid working model which will offer the opportunity of both working from the office and working from home. Further information will be provided as part of the interview process.
