Finance Director
Based in Glasgow’s vibrant West End, Partick Housing Association is financially sound, has a strong reputation and is consistently one of Scotland’s best performing housing associations.
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Finance Director who as a key member of our Leadership Team will drive forward our vision, values and business strategy. We are looking for a motivated professional who will lead our Finance team and provide direction on business planning, finance and value for money, as well as business growth/development through our subsidiary company Partick Works Limited.
You will have strong communication, interpersonal and professional skills and be a team player with a positive attitude and clear customer focus. You will have a track record in leading and motivating people, delivering change, working with governing bodies and relevant experience in the areas of financial strategy, stewardship, treasury, accountancy; business planning and growth; as well as governance, assurance and innovation.
