Lead a Major Digital Transformation Project

Blairtummock Housing Association is seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Project Lead to deliver the successful implementation of the Rubixx Housing Management System, replacing our existing SDM platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile transformation programme that will modernise services, improve efficiency, strengthen regulatory compliance and enhance the experience of our tenants and customers.

Working closely with colleagues, senior leaders, software suppliers and implementation partners, you will oversee the project from planning and data migration through to implementation, training, change management and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

✅ Lead the planning, governance and delivery of the Rubixx implementation project

✅ Manage data cleansing, migration, retention and quality improvement activities

✅ Review and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery

✅ Configure workflows and system processes to maximise the benefits of Rubixx

✅ Deliver staff engagement, training and change management programmes

✅ Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation and post-go-live support

✅ Monitor project performance, budgets, risks and outcomes

✅ Prepare and present project updates and governance reports to the Senior Management Team and Board

✅ Drive continuous improvement and service transformation across the organisation

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience delivering software implementation, migration or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in data migration, data quality and information governance.
  • Experience reviewing and redesigning business processes.
  • Experience delivering organisational change and staff training programmes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior management teams, boards and committees.

Experience within a Housing Association, Registered Social Landlord, local government or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
