The Role

Customer Services Assistant (full time, temporary for six months, primarily office-based working)

EVH PA17-20 Grade 4, £25,755 - £29,124 (PA9 – PA12)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced individual to join our department team and assist the association in delivering a high-quality experience for all our customers.

The purpose of this role is to provide an outstanding experience for customers contacting Barrhead Housing to report repairs, for service requests and for general enquiries.

We aim to notify applicants with an outcome by Wednesday, 13 August 2025

We plan to hold interviews during the week commencing Monday, 18 August 2025. During interviews we will assess candidates against the person specification.

Our interview format is as follows:

An interview involving a behavioural and situational interview questions. Interviews will normally be face to face with two of our team, including the hiring manager. We are open to having interviews virtually on request if you require it.
