Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the Association and its customers through the delivery of an excellent customer services function.

The successful candidate will join the Association as a Customer Services Assistant and will provide an efficient and effective customer-focussed reception and telephone service.

The role will involve assisting with front-line enquiries for WSHA and its subsidiaries and providing efficient support services to other departments as required.

The ideal candidate will share WSHA’s core values and will deliver excellent customer service through communicating WSHA’s purpose, way and impact.
