Customer Service Advisor
Glen Oaks Housing Association owns and manages approximately 1500 properties in Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Old Darnley, Regents Park and Southpark Village.
We want to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor with excellent communication skills to join our front-line team.
Key aspects of the role are as follows:
- Respond to customer queries and service requests at reception and on the phone
- Provide administrative and general support to the Customer Services Team
- Process applications for housing, offering advice and support as required
- Liaise with contractors and customers regarding access, appointments and follow-up works
- Record and resolve Stage 1 complaints at first point of contact where possible
