Glen Oaks Housing Association owns and manages approximately 1500 properties in Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Old Darnley, Regents Park and Southpark Village.

We want to recruit a Customer Service Advisor with excellent communication skills to join our new front-line team. Key aspects of the role are as follows:

  • Respond to customer queries and service requests at reception and on the phone
  • Provide administrative and general support to the Customer Services Team
  • Process applications for housing, offering advice and support as required
  • Liaise with contractors and customers regarding access, appointments and follow-up works
  • Record and resolve Stage 1 complaints at first point of contact where possible
