The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Corporate Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our operational teams while helping to deliver an excellent frontline service to our tenants and customers.
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great customer service, and can manage a variety of tasks in a busy and rewarding environment.
The key elements of the post are:
- Provide the highest standard of customer service to all visitors and callers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support across all departments, assisting with the effective and efficient operation of organisational services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by identifying opportunities for enhancement and supporting the implementation of improvements to processes and procedures
We're looking for someone with experience in a frontline administration role. You'll be confident using Microsoft packages and have excellent communication and people skills. If you enjoy working with others, providing great customer service, and keeping things organised, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We also offer hybrid working arrangements, providing flexibility between home and office working.
