Easthall Park Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow.  We own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner-occupiers.

We wish to recruit an Assistant Housing Officer to attend to administrative duties and support the Housing Officer in the housing management team.  The Assistant Housing Officer will work in a patch structure and be responsible for rent matters, arrears recovery, administration of allocations and the void procedure, estate management in the delivery of the housing management service.

You should possess relevant experience working in housing management and be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills to successfully engage with colleagues, tenants, customers and other agencies. You should be committed to our values, and be able to organise your work to meet organisational targets and personal goals.
