This is an exciting time to join Clyde Valley Group. As we continue to invest in our homes, strengthen our Asset and Compliance service and enhance the experience we provide to customers, we're creating a number of new roles within the directorate, including our new Asset and Customer Officer position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about both property services and customer experience. Sitting at the heart of our Asset and Compliance team, you'll help ensure our customers receive a responsive, high-quality service while supporting the delivery of investment, compliance, maintenance and improvement activity across our homes.

You'll be the link between customers, colleagues and contractors, ensuring customers are informed, supported and listened to throughout their journey with us.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right for customers and is confident balancing day-to-day service delivery with longer-term improvement activity. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across asset management, compliance, investment and customer engagement, while playing a practical role in helping us deliver safe, well-maintained and sustainable homes.

Reporting to the Senior Asset and Compliance Lead, you will:

  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the delivery of planned works, investment programmes, compliance activity and property improvement projects.
  • Coordinate customer communications, appointments, access arrangements and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow-up actions and customer updates to support effective service delivery, performance monitoring and clear communication.
  • Undertake inspections, visits and customer engagement activity to help improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with contractors and colleagues to resolve issues and ensure positive customer outcomes.
  • Use customer feedback, complaints, inspections and service information to help identify improvements, resolve issues and prevent repeat problems.
  • Support a proactive, customer-centred approach to access, communication and engagement around planned, compliance-related and improvement works.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve services, customer satisfaction and asset performance.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and making a difference.

You'll have:

  • Experience working in housing, customer services, property services, repairs, maintenance or a related environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • The confidence to work collaboratively with customers, contractors and colleagues to find solutions and drive improvements.

Why Join Us?

These newly created roles reflect our ambition to continually improve the services we provide to customers and invest in the long-term future of our homes and communities.

You'll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking directorate at a pivotal point in its development, with the opportunity to influence how services evolve, contribute new ideas and play a key role in shaping the future of Asset and Compliance at Clyde Valley.

In return, we offer an excellent benefits package and a supportive working environment where people are encouraged to learn, contribute and grow. This includes flexible and agile working, generous annual leave, pension contributions, health and wellbeing initiatives, an on-site gym and a strong commitment to learning and development.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference, build strong relationships and help deliver safe, warm and sustainable homes for our customers, we'd love to hear from you.
