Employment Rights Act 2025 – Interactive Session: Effective Communication

This in-person session on Tuesday 23 June follows on from our ‘Employment Rights Act: Preparing for Success’ online sessions, designed to develop the necessary skills required for effective communication.  To ensure organisations comply with the new ERA legislative changes, effective communication will be at the core of this.  Particularly when advising on recruitment, induction, probation and performance management processes.  This session will be highly interactive allowing participants the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice and strengthen their communication skills.

  • Practical Skills:
    • Communication Styles
    • Effective listening
    • Having difficult conversations
    • Fluid/constructive feedback

This session is for anyone with people management or HR responsibilities; it will begin at 1.30pm and conclude at 4.30pm.  Registration will commence at 1.00pm and a buffet lunch will be provided.
