Calvay Housing Association is a community-based RSL operating in the Barlanark neighbourhood of Greater Easterhouse, Glasgow. The Association's housing stock comprises 869 units, made up from a mixture of improved tenemental properties, new build flats and houses.  The Association also provides a factoring service to local owner-occupiers who reside within the Association's area of operation.

Calvay Housing Association is delighted to have secured funding through the SFHA Upstream Homelessness Prevention Fund to appoint a Tenancy Sustainment Officer.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team and help tenants maintain their homes, prevent homelessness and build long-term housing stability.

Working directly with new and existing tenants, you will provide early intervention, practical support and advice to help address issues that may place a tenancy at risk. You will work closely with colleagues, partner agencies and local services to identify solutions and improve outcomes for our tenants.
