Our current Property Services Officer is moving on to a promoted post nearer home and we are looking to recruit a motivated and community-focused Property Services Officer to provide the delivery of high-quality housing property services to tenants and owners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical, administrative and communication skills who wants to make a positive difference in an established community based housing association.

Working as part of our small dynamic team and reporting to the Director, you will carry out a varied range of property service duties, including repair inspections, contractor management, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, estate management and promote positive tenant engagement.

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and committed to excellent customer service. You should be able to manage competing priorities, work well as part of a small team and communicate clearly and respectfully with tenants, applicants, colleagues and partner organisations.
