Based in Greenock
The Housing Officer has responsibility for delivery of comprehensive Housing Management Services to tenants and other customers. The postholder will provide comprehensive Housing Management services, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Association. They will also ensure that the highest standards of Housing Management are achieved to satisfy the Association, its residents and the Scottish Housing Regulator.
You will need:
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Have or been studying towards a relevant housing qualification
• Have an understanding of Housing Management Functions
• Experience of working in a customer service environment
• Experience of managing tenancy issues including anti-social behavior
• Have experience of dealing with vulnerable and/or challenging customers
