Housing Officer (x2)

Reidvale Housing Association is entering an exciting new phase as we build a permanent team to deliver high-quality services and strengthen our connection with the community we serve.

We are looking for two Housing Officers to deliver a comprehensive, customer-focused housing management service. This is a key frontline role where you will work directly with tenants across a defined patch, supporting tenancy sustainment, managing arrears, addressing anti-social behaviour and ensuring our homes and communities are well managed.

You will play a central role in building positive relationships with tenants, identifying support needs and working collaboratively to resolve issues early. The role also involves managing allocations, voids and complaints, contributing to service improvement and ensuring we meet our performance and regulatory standards.
