Housing Assistant (x2)

Reidvale Housing Association is recruiting a new permanent team to help deliver high-quality, responsive services to our tenants and community.

We are looking for two Housing Assistants to support the delivery of our housing management service. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing a welcoming, professional and helpful service both in person and over the phone.

You will support Housing Officers across a range of activities including rent accounts, allocations, tenancy management and customer enquiries. You will also play an important role in maintaining accurate records, supporting performance reporting and helping ensure our services run efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who wants to build a career in housing. You will be part of a supportive team where learning, development and progression are actively encouraged.
