Finance Officer

EVH are assisting a Housing Association near central Glasgow to recruit for a Temporary Finance Officer for 6 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with proven financial or accountancy experience to gain experience of working in the housing sector.

The key remits for the role are:

Trial balances and reconciliations
Cashflow monitoring including minimum cashflow balance
Timely payment of invoices
Issuing of invoices to maximise income
Payroll preparation
Support Finance Agent in preparing management accounts, statutory financial returns and financial business planning
Issue factoring invoices and recoverable repairs
Prepare cashflow statements for contracts and monitor outturns
