Community Investment Officer

Reidvale Housing Association is a community-controlled organisation with a proud history and a renewed sense of direction. Following a period of challenge and change, we are now entering a new phase focused on stability, improvement and long-term impact.

We are now looking for a Community Investment Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious Community Investment Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we invest in our homes, support our community and work alongside homeowners, tenants and partners to deliver meaningful, long-term change.

This role will be central to delivering our major stonework repair programme, working closely with homeowners to build trust, support decision-making and establish practical funding solutions. Alongside this, you will support property acquisitions, contribute to the management of commercial and community leases, and help embed a more joined-up, strategic approach to how we manage our assets and neighbourhoods.

This is a varied and rewarding role in a small organisation where your contribution will be visible, valued and impactful.
