Following on from our successful mindfulness sessions in 2025, EVH are delighted to announce they are back for another year, again free to all members.

The topic for this session is “A Mindfulness Reset for 2026”. Join us on Tuesday 27 January at 2pm for one hour with Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness.  Supporting tenants, handling ongoing demands, and working closely with colleagues can make the start of any year feel daunting.  Join Martin who will give you easy to learn, practical techniques you can use during a busy working day - to steady yourself in difficult conversations, manage stress in the moment, and stay clear-headed when pressures build.  The session will share simple tools that fit into real working situations, helping you respond rather than react, communicate more effectively with colleagues, and protect your own wellbeing while doing a demanding job throughout 2026.

This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to prebook their place.  Please note that bookings which are withdrawn without a substitution 48 hours before the event will be charged a £20 administration fee (this will be donated to CHAS) as will those who do not attend.  We will accept substitutions at any time.
