Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role

To deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across the Housing Association's stock. The role will support the delivery of damp and mould treatment works, void property preparation, reactive repairs and both internal and external painting projects to ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and of a high standard for our customers.

On Offer

This role has a competitive salary banding of £29,124 - £30,250 (EVH Grade TAS4). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
