Maintenance Officer (12 Month Temporary Contract)

We are looking to fill the following post (35 hours per week):

Maintenance Officer (12 Month Temporary Contract)
EVH Grade 7 (£40,635 - £44,619)

You will play a key role in delivering the Association’s repairs and maintenance service and bring a positive track record within a construction and / or and housing maintenance environment. You will have a strong technical background and knowledge of best practice in construction.

Excellent customer care skills and an ability to manage contractors and tradespeople are essential. The ability to demonstrate a professional manner in all forms of communication is also an essential element of the job role.

For the above post you will be computer literate, with a commitment to community control and a desire to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of services to tenants and other users. You will also enjoy working in a team and possess the ability to work flexibly with minimum supervision.
