Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated repairs, maintenance and investment team, who can provide a robust and customer-focused support and administrative service to our customers.
Key duties:
(1) customer support on repairs, maintenance and investment matters (e.g. dealing with repair requests, queries, etc.)
(2) Provide a customer focussed support and administrative service to meet the Association’s investment and cyclical maintenance programmes and
(3) providing repairs, maintenance and investment administrative service to ensure an efficient and legally compliant service.
Essential criteria:
- Experience of working within a repairs and maintenance service or investment service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the customer.
- Systematic approach to work, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and thoroughness.
