Maintenance Assistant

Reidvale Housing Association is investing in the long-term condition and quality of our homes, and we are building a team to support this work.

We are looking for two Maintenance Assistants to support the delivery of our repairs and maintenance services. This is a practical role providing essential support to ensure our maintenance operations run efficiently and effectively.

You will assist with a range of tasks including coordinating repairs, supporting inspections, liaising with contractors and maintaining accurate records. You will also play a role in ensuring residents receive a responsive and reliable service.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience within property maintenance in a supportive, community-focused organisation.
